A Higher Standard for Industrial Carts and Trailers

Pack Mule Industrial Carts and Trailers are engineered to move materials efficiently through demanding manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution environments. Heavy-duty construction, application-specific deck designs, and a wide range of hitch, caster, restraint, and cargo-management options allow each configuration to be matched to the load and workflow. From individual carts to complete material trains, Pack Mule equipment is built for dependable performance through repetitive daily use.

A More Efficient Way to Move Materials

Pack Mule towable trailers operate as part of a 'tugger train' system. A single electric tugger vehicle pulls a series of interconnected carts, allowing one operator to move thousands of pounds of material in a single trip. This method is significantly more efficient and safer than traditional forklift operations, which typically handle only one pallet at a time. Tugger trains reduce congestion in aisles, lower fuel and labor costs, and provide a predictable flow of materials to production lines or shipping docks.

Secure Coupling Options

Our trailers feature a variety of hitch and coupler systems, including pin-and-clevis, loop, and ball hitches. This ensures compatibility with your existing tow vehicles and allows for secure, stable connections that enable the entire train to track accurately behind the tugger, even around tight corners.

Configured Around Your Operation

Each cart is equipped with high-quality, heavy-duty casters designed for low push/pull forces. This means that once a cart is detached from the train, a single employee can easily and safely maneuver it into its final position without physical strain, improving both ergonomics and efficiency.

BUILT TO FOLLOW YOUR ROUTE

Reliable tracking is critical when trailers move through narrow aisles, crowded production areas, and repeated material-delivery routes. Pack Mule steering systems are designed to help each trailer follow the tow vehicle's path with greater control and less off-tracking.

3-Year No Hour Limit Warranty

Every PACK MULE vehicle is backed by an industry-leading 3-year warranty with no hour limit. Unlike many electric industrial vehicle warranties that limit coverage based on operating hours, our warranty is designed for demanding facilities where vehicles are expected to work every day. It's another way PACK MULE protects your investment while helping reduce long-term ownership costs.
