Industrial Cargo Trailers

Built to reduce delivery time of non-standard inventory.

CC-2000 Cargo Cart

Pack Mule Cargo Trailers are designed for materials that do not fit neatly into conventional carts, shelving systems, or pallet configurations. The open-deck CC-2000 provides a flexible platform for oversized parts, irregular loads, maintenance equipment, and other materials that require more usable deck space. With heavy-duty construction and Quad-Steer tracking, it is built to move substantial loads predictably through repeated industrial routes and material trains.

Built for Loads That Don’t Fit the Standard

The CC-2000 Cargo Trailer provides an open 36 × 72-inch deck for bulky, irregular, and non-standard materials that may not fit efficiently on conventional carts or shelving systems. Its open platform gives facilities greater flexibility when transporting oversized parts, equipment, containers, and other variable-size loads.

Keep Cargo Controlled in Transit

Available left- or right-facing cargo nets help contain materials during transport while keeping the trailer accessible from the side that best fits the workflow. This allows the trailer to be configured around loading direction, aisle orientation, and the way materials are handled at each stop.

Precision Tracking Through Every Turn

Quad-Steer steering helps the CC-2000 follow the path of the tow vehicle more predictably through aisles, intersections, and repeated material routes. Controlled tracking is especially valuable when trailers are connected into trains or operated in areas where turning space is limited.

Move More with Every Route

With a 2,000 lb deck capacity, the CC-2000 can consolidate substantial materials into a single towable load. Multiple trailers can also be linked behind a compatible Tugger or Tow Tractor, allowing different loads to move together between storage, production, staging, and shipping areas.

Flexible Loading at the Point of Use

The open-deck design provides access to the load without fixed shelving or enclosed compartments limiting how materials are arranged. Cargo can be loaded according to size, shape, and handling requirements, making the trailer well suited for applications where the load changes from one trip to the next.

Configured Around Your Material Flow

Load dimensions, cargo orientation, tow direction, route layout, train length, and operating environment all influence how a trailer should be configured. Pack Mule Cargo Trailers can be matched to the application with cargo-control, towing, deck, and other options designed around the way materials move through the facility.
