Industrial Towable Order Picker Carts

Pick More. Move More. Reduce Return Trips.

Pack Mule Towable Order Picker Carts are designed to increase the amount of material the operator can move during the picking process. The TOP-1500 connects to an order-picker forklift or compatible tugger, then can be maneuvered by hand when positioning is required at the point of use. With multiple deck sizes, integrated shelving, and the ability to link carts together, it provides flexible additional capacity for moving picked orders from storage areas to staging, packing, and shipping.

Built for Order-Picker Integration

The TOP-1500 is designed to work with compatible order-picker forklifts, giving operators a practical way to expand carrying capacity without changing the basic picking process. Once connected, the cart follows the order picker through the route and provides additional space for completed picks.

Easy to Position at the Point of Use

Four-wheel caster steering allows the TOP-1500 to be maneuvered manually when the cart needs to be positioned for loading, unloading, staging, or transfer. This flexibility is useful in active warehouse areas where carts may need to be moved independently after they are detached from the tow vehicle.

Multiple Deck Sizes for Different Picking Needs

Available deck lengths allow the TOP-1500 to be matched to order size, aisle conditions, and the type of material being handled. Facilities can choose the footprint that provides the right balance of added capacity and maneuverability for the picking environment.

From Picking Route to Shipping Flow

Towable Order Picker Carts can support the movement of picked material beyond the aisle. Once orders are complete, the carts can be transferred to a compatible tugger or connected with other carts for movement to packing, staging, or outbound shipping areas.

Configured Around Your Fulfillment Process

Deck size, shelf arrangement, cart quantity, aisle width, order size, tow vehicle, and transfer points all affect the right setup. Pack Mule Towable Order Picker Carts can be configured around the way orders move through your facility, from picking and staging to packing and shipping.
